How do I shop your site?
Ordering online at is easy. From the multiple or single product page, simply select the shade (where appropriate) and quantity of the item you would like and click Add. These items will be deposited into your Shopping Bag. Once you are finished shopping, click on >View Bag located at the top right hand corner of the page to review your items. If you don't want to order all of the items, simply remove from your Shopping Bag and Update. Verify all information submitted and if no changes are necessary, click "Submit Order" to complete the Checkout process. Carefully review all information before checking out as once submitted, an order cannot be cancelled or modified.

You will receive an email confirming that your order has been received within a few minutes. We will send you another email to notify you when your order has been shipped. Please add "" to your address book to make sure you receive these confirmation emails.

How do I use promotional codes?
You may enter your promotional code in the box that says, "Enter promo code " on the order review page, then click the "Apply" button and it will be applied to your order.

My Password is not working / I Forgot My Password
Please remember that your password is case-sensitive. If you forgot your password, click here to request a new one. An email will automatically be sent to you with a new password (if you do not see this email, check your junk mail folder).
