How should I return products?
We recommend that you send it by a traceable method such as USPS Insured Parcel Post or Regular Mail with Delivery Confirmation. This will allow you to know exactly when the item is received at our warehouse. Please make sure to include the original packing slip, noting the items being returned. Returns will be processed within 10-14 business days from the date we receive your return package at our returns facility. How long does it take to process a refund?
It takes 10 to 14 business days from the time your return is received, to process it and credit your account. We will notify you via email once your return has been processed. It may take 1 or 2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your credit card.

We are sorry we only accept returns of products purchased on blackopalbeauty.com. Please do not attempt to return products purchased from other outlets using our Return Labels. These items cannot be processed and will be returned to you at your cost.
