Is it possible to ship to Multiple Addresses?
We do not ship to multiple addresses. If you are unable to send an item to a particular address, simply remove it from your Bag and place it as a separate order.

How do I track my package?
You can always track the status of your order using our Order Status Finder. Registered users can also sign in to their account and view their order history. Please note that if your order status is "pending", it means we have received it and are working on it.

Once your order has shipped, a confirmation email will be sent to you, including a Fedex/Post Office tracking number that will allow you to follow package progress.

What Shipping Carrier do you use?
Federal Express SmartPost is our preferred carrier for Standard Service*. It is a combination of Federal Express and your local post office. Delivery date provided by Federal Express is the delivery date to your local post office, not to your door. Allow 1 or 2 additional business days for your package to be delivered at your address by your local post office. *Orders shipping to APO/FPO, Puerto Rico and US Virgin Islands will be sent via USPS Priority Mail.

Federal Express is our carrier for Expedited and Express Service.
